Bed linen and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels), starter dishwashing supplies, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryer, and all heating costs.

Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday, although it's sometimes possible to change this during the off-peak season or for short breaks.

Arrival time is 2pm. If cleaning is already finished, we're usually happy for you to drop your luggage from 11:30am.

Departure time is 10am, which gives us time to prepare the cottage for the next guests.

Yes, all can be provided on request at no extra charge, though we don't provide travel cot linen.

Both cottages have their own washing machine in an outside shed, plus a garden washing line.

Yes, bicycles can be stored in the outside sheds.

Dogs are very welcome at a small charge. We just ask that they're kept off the furniture, and that the garden is cleaned up after them — the beach is close by and dog-friendly for most of the year.

Neither cottage has a fitted disabled bathroom. Trevara is spread over multiple levels with some steps; Little Trevara has one step to the ground-floor bedroom, with the living area upstairs. See our Access Statement for full details, or contact us directly if you have specific needs.

A 30% deposit secures your reservation. Cancellations require written notice, and without travel insurance a 10% administrative fee may apply if we're unable to re-let the dates.

Both cottages have an allocated parking space, reached via a sharp, narrow entrance down Praed's Lane — paid village parking is also available nearby if that's easier.

Yes — Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons all deliver to the cottages.

During the main season it's always worth reserving a table ahead of time — Marazion and Penzance get busy.

Marazion has a good choice of pubs, all in easy walking distance of the cottages, with many more a short drive away around the area.

There's an hourly bus service to Penzance from the centre of Marazion, taking around 10 minutes, plus local taxis.

A 30% deposit secures your reservation. The separate damage deposit is fully refundable after departure, assuming all is as it should be.
