Access Statement

Neither cottage has a fitted disabled bathroom, and the use of wheelchairs or rollators in Marazion itself is limited by narrow pavements.

Trevara

Access is via Phillips Court's walkway, all on one level, or through the garden gate from the car park (2 steps up to the lawn, then a paved path to the front door). Inside, the cottage is spread over varying levels: 2 steps down into the sitting room, a steep first staircase to a small landing (1 step up to the corridor for the bathroom and one bedroom), and a second, less steep staircase from the games room to the third bedroom and shower room. The main bedroom is reached by 2 steps down from the landing.

Little Trevara

Access on foot via Phillips Court is all on one level, through a gate into the enclosed private garden. There's a small step up into the hall, 1 step down into the carpeted master bedroom, and a staircase from the hall up to the open-plan living accommodation.

Parking for both cottages is a short walk away, down a narrow lane with a sharp entrance. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking at enquiries@sea-retreat.com and we will do our best to advise on what's realistic for your visit.
