Rates & Booking Info
Rates depend on the cottage, the season and the length of stay, so we don't publish a fixed price list. Send us your dates and we'll come back with a rate and full availability — usually within a day.
What's included
Nothing left for you to bring
- Bed linen and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels)
- Starter dishwashing supplies
- Free Wi-Fi

- Washing machine, in an outside shed
- High chair, travel cot and stair gates on request, free of charge
The practical bits
Arrival, changeover & deposits
Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday, although it's sometimes possible to change this during the off-peak season or for short breaks.
Arrival & departure
Arrival from 2pm, with luggage drop-off from 11:30am if cleaning is finished. Departure by 10am to allow us time to prepare for the next guests.
Deposit & cancellation
A 30% deposit secures your booking; the damage deposit is refundable after departure. Cancellations need written notice - we'd recommend travel insurance.
Dogs
Very welcome, at a small charge - we just ask you to keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the garden.
Parking
Each cottage has an allocated parking space down Praed's Lane, via a sharp, narrow entrance - paid village parking is also available nearby.
